BBoy Recital Audition 2009

Yesterday went for the BBoy recital audition with boyen, kae jian, jun siang and hong mao at O school. I was shocked by the number of people(about few hundreds). We had to wait for 3 hours before it was our turn for audition. We saw people from FTC crew and say liang, although they are older than us by one or two years, their moves are amazing which pull our moral down. Luckily, we are not required to do power move and I think the hardest is high chair? Nervous made my move look rough and did not really express myself out. Just hope that we all will get through the audition :D

New Blog Skin

WOOHOO! Changed my blog skin with the help of arl. I have the urge to learn locking but overall, I still prefer BBoy. Managed to pass my ELTECH and EG1 and I am hoping that my lab test and IP subnetting wont let me down. If not i going to get debarred like kailrence and ivan which I find it absolutely embarrassing. That's about it.

Left with one week of holiday but I did not done any homework or projects yet. Seriously, I need some motivation. I want my GPA to be at least a 3.3. This coming Saturday will be the last lesson for BBOY2 and most likely I will be joining BBOY 3 in August :D During NPSU challengers camp last week, I got to know some bboys, hopefully our timetables do not crash so that we can practice together. Lastly, poly wont be so fun without B.S.L hahs.

NRA audition.

I went for my NRA audition yesterday, it was very very tough. Heard from the senior that only 1 out of 7 is selected, which mean that only 100 people or less have the chance to join. We were also given 2 8 of freestyle and I screwed it! Right now I can only wait for the result on Sunday. Hope that I did not need to join the retry next week.

2nd Day In NP.

I was late for practical by 30 mins but luckily they haven start. Get to learn some basic computer programing, it was very easy. After practical, I went for maths lesson which consist of 39 people and I had the chance to see all my friends (: Xavier and I were laughing through the lesson as the maths was really pretty simple and easy. I guess Mrs Goh imba maths lessons really help a lots! Today, we (zhengkai, hengtat, zk's friend and me) did something that we will not forget in NP. We took the handicap lift near the library. At first, we thought that the lift was built with high technology or something. But it was totally different and it took us few mins, seriously few mins to reach the 2nd floor. Seniors and freshies were looking with unbelievable eyes and smiling at us when we were boarding the lift. The lift stuck halfway but with the help of the senior, the lift managed to operate again. Just take a look at the pictures below and you will understand why.

First Day In NP.

Met Xavier at NP bus stop today at 9am as we want to take a walk in the campus and have a look at the CCA thingy. I was thinking whether should I continue band or try something else different. End up, Xavier and I were then 2nd and 3rd person to sign up for the NRA audition. Heard from the seniors that the audition is tough and they only choose 1 out of every 5 people. The audition will be on one of this date 6,7 or 8 of May. Met a lot of friends from NPSU and ECE camps such as ChingYi, Jamie, Darren, Zahrul, Fariz, Yi Hong... As we have extra time, we visited the library and it is much more bigger compared to HSS, they have television, music CD collection, study corners and even a bubble tea store! My tutorial started at 1, it was English communication toolkit for me. It was boring for most of us and some guys went out to grab some bites! Luckily, the suffering ended at 4+ and I went to Makan Place to meet zhengkai, hengtat, sumin and zk's friends. Lester started the racism joke and laughter was all around! Despite the eyes looking at us, we continue to have our fun. I cant wait for tomorrow practical and lectures! :D
